Thursday afternoon will pack a punch as the Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys square off on Thanksgiving Day.

This is a serious game for both teams. The Bills are trying to improve their position in the NFL playoff picture as they sit in 5th place right now. As for the Cowboys, they own the number one seed in the NFC East but have the Philadelphia Eagles on their tail.

BetOnline LogoIt’s been a tough look for the Cowboys this season, considering how strong they are on offense and defense. Dallas is ranked 6th in offense and 7th in defense but are just one game above .500. The fact is that Dallas cannot win against solid teams. They have taken losses to the New England Patriots, New Orleans Saints, Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings. They also managed to lose against the New York Jets.

As for the Bills, their three losses came to the Patriots, Browns, and Eagles. Those are respectable teams, but with 8 wins on the season, you would expect the Bills to defeat the Browns and Eagles.

Even though the Bills own an 8-3 record, their offense is struggling. Ranked 21st in the NFL, their defense has been a huge reason Buffalo is walking out victorious. Wil players like Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott be able to crack the Bills’ defense?

The Cowboys are a long way from having a first-round bye, so they will need to improve moving forward. If Dallas cannot defeat teams that are stronger than them, how legit are they?
