(1)Log into 18bet
To log in, first click on the “LOG IN” button in the upper right-hand corner.
After entering in your Username and Password, click on the “Log In” button to continue.
(2)Select the game/match that you would like to bet on
In this example, we will show you how to place a bet on an English Premier League soccer game. First, click on “SPORTS” from the menu in the upper part of the screen. Next, click on “FOOTBALL” on the left-hand side followed by selecting “English Premier League” from among the list of soccer leagues.
(3)Select your bet type
One of the easiest to understand bet types is “1X2 Full Time” (also known as Match Betting or Money Line). A 1X2 Full Time bet means you pick which team you think will either win or tie. In our example above, we have three choices by either picking 1 – Home) Aston Villa to win, 2 – Away) Newcastle United to win or X – Draw) Aston Villa to tie Newcastle United. In this example, we will pick Aston Villa to win, therefore we will click on the odds 1.47.
(4)Enter your bet amount
After clicking the odds that you would like to place a bet on, your bet selection will show under “Bet Slip” located on the right-hand side of the screen.
Once you enter your stake (the amount of money that you would like to bet), the amount of money (stake + profit) that would be returned to you should you win on the bet will be shown automatically in the “To Return” section.
Once you have entered the stake for your bet(s), next click the “Place Bet” button to finalize your bet(s).
※ Other Bet Options
If you refer to the screenshot below, you will see “+257”, etc. to the right of the game’s odds. If you click on this link, all available bet types (257 in this example) will be shown to you for this particular game.
Examples of other bet options
Double Chance
A “Double Chance” bet means that you can place one bet on two different outcomes such as 1) the home team wins or ties (1 or X), 2) the away team wins or ties (X or 2) or 3) no tie score, which means either the home team wins or away team wins (1 or 2).
Correct Score
A “Correct Score” bet means that you can place a bet on what you think will be the final score of the game.
Half Time / Full Time
A “Half Time / Full Time” bet, also known as a “1st Half Result/2nd Half Result” bet, means that you can place a bet on what you think will be the correct outcome of the first half and also the final score. Using the Aston Villa – Newcastle United example, if the score at half time is 0-1 and the final score is 2-1, you would need to bet on “Away / Home” in order to win the bet so referencing the image above you would click on “A/H”.
Goals Over / Under
An “Goals Over / Under” bet, also known as a “Total Goals” bet, means that you place a bet on the total number of goals that you think will be scored in a game. “Over 2.5” means that 3 goals or more would be a winning bet while “Under 2.5” means that 2 goals or less would be a winning bet.
Draw No Bet
A “Draw No Bet” bet means that you place a bet on which team you think will win. If the outcome is a draw then your stake will be returned to you and no loss will be incurred.
