Sportingbet English Premier League

One of the easiest to understand bet types is “1X2 Match Betting” (also known as Full Time Result or Money Line). A 1X2 Match Betting bet means you pick which team you think will either win or tie. In our example above, we have three choices by either picking 1 – Home) Everton to win, 2 – Away) Newcastle United to win or X – Draw) Everton to tie Newcastle United. In this example, we will pick Everton to win, therefore we will click on the odds 1.55.

A “Double Chance” bet means that you can place one bet on two different outcomes such as 1) the home team wins or ties (Everton or X), 2) the away team wins or ties (X or Newcastle) or 3) no tie score (“Everton or Newcastle” in the example above), which means either the home team wins or away team wins.

Correct Score

A “Correct Score” bet means that you can place a bet on what you think will be the final score of the game.

Double Result

A “Double Result” bet, also known as a “1st Half Result/2nd Half Result” or “Half Time/Full Time” bet, means that you can place a bet on what you think will be the correct outcome of the first half and also the final score. Using the Manchester City – Tottenham example, if the score at half time is 0-1 and the final score is 2-1, you would need to bet on “Tottenham | Manchester City” in order to win the bet.

Goals

A “Goals” bet, also known as a “Goals Over/Under” or “Total Goals” bet, which is always set at “Over X.5″ and “Under X.5″, means that you place a bet on the total number of goals that you think will be scored in a game. “Over 2.5” means that 3 goals or more would be a winning bet while “Under 2.5” means that 2 goals or less would be a winning bet.

Draw No Bet
