Both ladies have won three of their past four fights and are looking to climb the rankings for a potential title fight now that Amanda Nunes has retired. As the odds indicate, this will be an exciting fight to both watch and bet on. While Holm is the older fighter by a decade, she holds an inch height advantage, plus a wealth of experience. Having stepped into the cage against some of the best women in mixed martial arts, Holly Holm will have the composure to handle whatever Silva can throw at her this weekend.
Bottom line is, Silva will be looking to take this one to the mat where she’s gained 70% of her career wins by way of submission. Trouble is, Holm is a through and through mixed martial arts fighter and should be able to hold her own in the grapple.
