This weekend sees the UFC hop across America to the East Coast with UFC 281 coming live from Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Fourteen mixed martial arts bouts are lined up for Saturday night, including two title fights that headline the event. With Israel Adesanya again defending his UFC Middleweight Championship, will Alex Pereira be able to do what others have failed to do and defeat the big Nigerian?
Bookmaker William Hill will shed some light with all the odds ahead of this match and more.

Looking at the odds for the three biggest fights of the evening, it’s clear that both Adesanya vs. Pereira and Dustin Poirier vs. Michael Chandler should be close contests.
Israel Adesanya leads Alex Pereira in the odds by 1.44 to 2.75, which is a reasonably close margin considering Adesanya is 23-1-0 in his career. His opponent, Pereira, has also suffered just the one loss, but has far less experience at this level with only seven professional fights to his name. Both men are natural strikers with Adesanya gaining 15 of his wins by way of knockout and Pereira coming from a kickboxing background. Expect this fight to be an exciting clash of skillful strikers with Adesanya winning on decision through his experience.
Dustin Poirier also leads Michael Chandler by the same margin with odds of 1.44 to 2.75. 33-year-old Poirier is coming off a loss late last year, however has some big scalps to his name with duel wins over Conor McGregor in 2021 as well as victories over Dan Hooker and Justin Gaethje recently too. Chandler, on the other hand, recently snapped a two fight losing streak with a win over Tony Ferguson. Before that, he had lost to Justin Gaethje.
The bookies also seem to have this one right and Dustin Poirier should win an entertaining fight here.

The rest of the card at UFC 281 should produce some more quality match-ups,with Karolina Kowalkiewicz and Silvana Gomez-Juarez notably too close for William Hill to call.
Take Ottman Ataizar for the win against Matt Frevola with the Moroccan on a knockout streak in his UFC career so far and looking likely to continue it. Dan Hooker should also bounce back from a recent string of defeats in the competitive lightweight class with a win over Claudio Puelles at 1.61.
