The final game of the NFL season is upon us, as the San Francisco 49ers battle it out against the Kansas City Chiefs. Later tonight, one team will be crowned Super Bowl champion, while the other franchise will heartbroken.

San Francisco’s climb to the top has been a journey, to say the least. Last season the 49ers finished with just 4 wins. 2013 was the last time San Francisco owned a winning record. Since then, they have gone either .500 or way below the threshold of being considered a winning football club.
