FaZe Clan have competed and won four straight series at ESL One. Tomorrow afternoon, GODSENT will look to hand FaZe their first loss of the tournament.
Both teams are sitting pretty entering tomorrow’s games. FaZe are at the top of Group B, while GODSENT are sitting in third place. If GODSENT were to pick up a win tomorrow, it would be huge for the entire bracket. If the standings held until the end of the Round Robin, FaZe would enter the upper bracket and GODSENT would be in the lower bracket.

This will be a tough test for GODSENT and one they need to win. Already with one loss on their record, another L (plus wins from Copenhagen and Movistar) could potentially bump them out of a playoff berth. This late in the tournament, GODSENT will need everything in their power to avoid losing to FaZe on Tuesday.
FaZe were already regarded as one of the top teams in the tournament and they continuously flex their muscles with every given opportunity. With that being said, GODSENT aren’t pushovers and they could give FaZe a run for their money.
Tomorrow kicks off Week 3 of the Road to Rio and the final week of the Round Robin. A win tomorrow would solidify FaZe in the Upper Bracket and as one of the top teams coming out of the Round Robin.
GODSENT are looking to secure their spot as well. On top of facing FaZe, GODSENT also square off against Copenhagen and Movistar, two teams all vying for playoff berths.
