The teams fighting for glory to be crowned as EMEA’s best region are all set and will battle it out on the online stage in the Valorant Regional Leagues Finals.
France Revolution league winner Vitality is favored to win at 2.99 odds via online sportsbook Pinnacle. Coming out of the most competitive region, a 3-0 stomping over the MAD Lions secured their place as favorites to win the VRL Finals. Led by baddyG who played for VCT team FunPlus Phoenix, the international squad will look to secure a chance at promotion. VRL Northern Polaris victors Excel Esports are a close second at 3.13.
※ Current Odds Date & Time: July 20th, 1:00 A.M (EST)
Excel’s duelist ALIVE will certainly want to put up a show against other regional finalists in the big stage with convincing wins against Kova and twice against Team Finest. Spain Rising champions Case Esports look to make their case as the best coming out of regionals and showcase their skills on the international stage after dominating the domestic scene. Despite playing in the Spanish region, Case Esports only have two players waving the Spanish flag in Yurii and Coach Goked.
Meanwhile, a nail biter against invited team Diamant Esports hurdled TENSTAR into the VRL Finals with a 3-2 map score. The all-Polish lineup will be representing VRL East Surge. Both Case Esports and TENSTAR are seen as middle of the pack teams in the upcoming EMEA tournament. While certainly a bit underestimated, both teams are capable of producing strong results especially coming out of hard-fought battles within their respective regions.
VRL DACH Evolution will be represented by international squad Angry Titans. The German organization have put together a very special team spearheaded by AFoxx who proved himself as one of the better sniper users in the game. Especially with an agent like Chamber, AFoxx will have a chance to cause teams some trouble. Regional favorites MOUZ had an early exit after dropping their two matches in the playoffs that paved the way for Angry Titan’s victory.
Turkey region will be represented by an all-Turkish team that will boost support from the country’s VALORANT enthusiasts. Most teams put their best players on duelists like Jett and Neon but FUT’s mojj have excelled playing sentinel agents that saw the demise of SuperMassive Blaze after such a dominant group stage. FUT is actually up there with Excel and Vitality at the top of the list to win it all.
Lastly, MENA champions Team Falcon is a Saudi-based organization with three natives and will certainly take pride in representing the Middle East and North Africa region. Team Falcon is without a doubt the underdog of this tournament. Poised for an early exit, Team Falcon will still look to make some noise and turn some heads in the coming tournament.
The odds are very close to each other with no clear runaway favorites. Will the French scene’s Vitality secure a tight win or will one of the up and coming teams snatch it all away?
