2022 Blast Circuit to Culminate in Abu Dhabi as CS:GO Global Finals Takeoff!

The new CS:GO patch with Anubis replacing Dust 2 will make its tier 1 debut in the Blast Global Finals that will be held in Abu Dhabi to mark the end of the Blast 2022 Circuit.

Pinnacle LogoBookmaker Pinnacle predicts Heroic to come out on top as the favorites with the lowest odds at 4.12. This is coming off the back of very strong performances in the Fall Finals where they finished first as well as losing only to Outsiders to finish as runner-ups in the IEM Rio Major.

However, despite the recent success of Heroic especially with newcomer Jabbi finally finding his footing on the team, Faze Clan is still one of the toughest teams to beat as they have seemed to regain their form after a disappointing showing in Rio that saw them fail to even make it to the Champions stage, falling 0-3 in legends.

Meanwhile Major champions Outsiders have a tall task of proving that their win was by not a fluke by any means. They got their slot in the Global Finals after securing the Rio Major trophy, winning 2-0 against Heroic. The teams are similar in their makeup, having an igl which holds the AWP as well. The most recent nerf to the big green’s magazine will certainly affect the performance of the two shot-callers

Despite both being AWP-ing IGLs, the play style of the two squads is seemingly contrasting to each other. Heroic is full of aggression while Outsiders is infamous for their slower approach to the game.

Navi will come into the Blast Global Finals bringing up academy player Nipl into the roster to potentially replace sdy. The team has relatively been doing worse after the departure of their IGL Boom4la after a very hectic drama. They are the only ones who will make roster changes as the games head into the final stint of the year.

Vitality and G2 will be sporting their international squad. The Abu Dhabi bout will mark as the Danes’ one year in Vitality after Magisk and Dupreeh departed legendary Danish organization Astralis. OG, though achieving a lot this year are still considered underdogs for this event. Even the lone North American representative Team Liquid is capable of beating anyone in the lineup.

Expect a tight-knit battle in all the maps that will be played as the teams are certainly the best in the world competing for a million dollars. Who will continue their hot streak? Heroic or Outsiders?
