John Higgins to Beat Mark Allen @ 2.10
John Higgins vs. Mark Allen is expected to be a more closely contested battle. Neither of these players comes as the obvious favourite, but we will once again root for the marginal outsider. Higgins is not the bookies’ pick for this tie, but he gets our blessing to go through.
What makes us confident about the Scotsman is his incredible record against Allen. The Northern Irish player has struggled against Higgins of late. The duo met twice in February, and on both occasions, Higgins went home with the bragging rights.
