Three teams have tried to take down the Green Bay Packers this season. All of them have failed. Tonight on Thursday Night Football, the Philadephia Eagles will be the next team in line to try and hand the Packers their first loss of the season.

It could be a tough offensive night for the Eagles. Green Bay has the second-best defense in the NFL, looking at points against per game. Entering tonight, the Packers are allowing just 11.7 points against per game. Only the Patriots have allowed fewer points per game.

BetOnline LogoThe Eagles’ offense are no slouches, however. The Eagles are scoring 25.3 points per game, which is good for 9th in the NFL.

What concerns me for the Eagles entering this game is how many players are banged up. DeSean Jackson did not participate and is listed as out with an abdomen injury. Meanwhile, Ronald Darby is also listed as out, while Corey Clement is listed as Questionable.

Alshon Jeffery had full participation in practice but was also dealing with an injury. This could be a tough game if the Eagles are not able to perform to their highest standards.

The Packers’ offense improved after Week 1. They were stuffed by the Bears, scoring just 10 points but managed to pick up the win. Since then, the Packers have scored 21 and 27 points in back-to-back games.

The Eagles have lost two straight entering this game, but the deficits have been close.

Philadelphia’s one win came agianst the Washington Redskins. Can they end the Packers’ bid at a perfect season tonight?
