Croatia have heated up in the UEFA Nations League and will go after a third consecutive victory on Thursday against Denmark. Three points would lift them to the first spot in Group 1 of the top division.
The Croatians have won their last two games with a 1-0 scoreline and bookmaker 10bet offers odds at 2.85 for their run of clean sheets to continue. The odds are at 3.25 for the visitors to not concede in Zagreb.

The current Nations League campaign started with a shocker for Croatia when they lost the opening game 3-0 at home to Austria, but they have found a way to completely turn things around and are well placed to win their group and head into the Nations League finals.
There are two points separating the 2018 World Cup finalists and Denmark after Croatia won the first head-to-head meeting 1-0 in June. The Danes have to face France in their final match and it will be very difficult to move past Croatia again if they end up giving up first place with a loss on Thursday.
The two teams have previously met a total of seven times and Croatia have a slight advantage in the match-up with three wins to two. Games played on Croatian soil have resulted in one win for each and a draw. The sides are evenly matched and another tight affair is expected.
Luka Modric is generally in the middle of everything Croatia does and it shouldn’t be any different on Thursday at Maksimir Stadium. His penalty helped Zlatko Dalic’s men to a sweet 1-0 victory over France in the last game and the 2018 Ballon d’Or winner will now hope to score for his country in back-to-back outings for only the fourth time ever.
Denmark will look for a big impact from Christian Eriksen. The 30-year-old returned to the international fold at the start of 2022 and he’s tallied two goals and an assist in six outings for Denmark this year. Eriksen doesn’t need a lot of space to score or create and stopping him will be the No. 1 goal defensively for Croatia.
Eriksen & Co. might have lost the reverse fixture, but they have been on an incredible run ever since Kasper Hjulmand took charge. He’s lost just eight games with the team, winning 22 of 32 matches. A victory that would send Denmark to the Nations League finals would be one of the biggest results he’s achieved with the side.
