Jon ‘Bones’ Jones is back and a huge threat in the UFC. On Saturday, Jones will defend his light heavyweight title against Anthony ‘Lionheart’ Smith.
UFC 235 will see Jones in his second bout since returning from his suspension. In December of 2018, he returned to the octagon and defeated Alexander Gustafsson. Jones’ last loss came in 2009 against Matt Hamill in The Ultimate Fighter 10 finale.
Smith will enter this fight 30 years old with a record of 31-13-0. Smith has won his last three bouts. Two of those fights failed to make it out of the first round. At UFC Fight Night in February of 2018, Smith was able to handle Rashad Evans in 53 seconds.
