Fighting in the penultimate fight of the evening at Jonas vs. Dicaire at the AO Arena in Manchester, England are two bright prospects in British super lightweight boxing. Current champion Dalton Smith will put his British Super Lightweight Title on the line on Saturday night when he takes on challenger Kaisee Benjamin for the belt. These men only have one loss between them in their careers so far but chances are another will be added to someone’s record this weekend, and both will be eager to avoid it being theirs.
We look at the fight odds ahead of this clash and analyze the best bets to be made.
※ Current Odds Date & Time: November 11th, 3:00 P.M. (EST)
Yet again this weekend, boxing fans are faced with what appears to be a reasonably lopsided fight. Dalton Smith is the heavy favourite here with odds of 1.11 in his favour compared to Kaisee Benjamin’s 7.00.
These odds reflect the reality that Smith is undefeated across his 12 professional fights and has only ever had three fighters last the full amount of rounds with him. While Benjamin is no slouch either, he has been held to a draw and a loss in his career and is not quite at the same level as Smith in terms of boxing skill and raw power.
For a conservative bet, take Dalton Smith winning outright here at 1.11.

Looking at the odds in a little more detail, the most likely method of victory here is Dalton Smith finishing this fight early.
Smith has had this result in nine of his twelve fights, including his last three in a row. When he won the British Super Lightweight Title, it was by way of knockout in the sixth round against Lee Appleyard. Bookies are paying 1.80 for this result against Benjamin on Saturday night.
An interesting point to note is that Kaisee Benjamin has won four of his last five fights by way of knockout. William Hill has this as the least likely result after a draw at 15.00. However with that said, optimistic Benjamin fans will fancy he’ll be able to repeat his previous results again this weekend. This is unlikely though and a better bet would be to wager on Dalton Smith to land a knockout within the first three rounds, which delivers a handsome pay out of 9.00 if successful.
