The second Manchester derby of the season takes center stage in the Premier League this weekend as an in-form United side seeks revenge for a 6-3 defeat suffered at the hand of City in October.
Bookmaker 10bet has the odds at 2.35 for United to score at least once in the first half and at 1.68 for City to get a first-half goal.

Man City completely outclassed their neighbors in the first meeting and even led 6-1 before Anthony Martial was able to get a pair of late goals. The result means that City have now won the last three derbies with a combined score of 12-4. However, Saturday’s clash promises to be a much more challenging one for Pep Guardiola’s men as United have hit some great form.
Following Tuesday’s 3-0 success over Charlton in the League Cup, the Red Devils have won eight straight games across all competitions for the first time since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer started his reign with a 12-match unbeaten run, and at home, United have registered nine consecutive victories for the first time since 2017.
The success at Old Trafford has largely been down to Marcus Rashford’s incredible goal-scoring form. He has become the first United player since Wayne Rooney in 2010 to score in eight consecutive home appearances and Rashford is enjoying a career-best six-game scoring streak home and away. He should be eager to continue the run and outshine Erling Haaland on Saturday.
Haaland scored a hat trick in the first derby of the season, becoming the first player ever in the Premier League to get hat tricks in three consecutive home games. He also had two assists in the clash so it was some derby debut for the Norwegian star.
There have been just four games in which Haaland hasn’t scored in the Premier League this season and he will be looking to add to 21 goals on Saturday. However, with United having posted nine clean sheets in their past 11 home outings, Haaland and his scoring boots face a massive test in the derby.
City will enter the contest fresh off their third defeat of the season. Southampton shocked them with a 2-0 win in the League Cup on Wednesday and Guardiola’s team is now in danger of losing back-to-back games for only the third time since the start of 2020. The Spaniard will be looking to get a big reaction from his team on Saturday and that sets us up perfectly for one of the best Manchester derbies in recent years.
