VCT Game Changers Pits the Best Female VALORANT Players! Who Will Come Out on Top?

The best female Valorant players from across the world gather to compete against each other in VALORANT Game Changers where the winner takes home US$180,000 and the bragging rights to be called Champions after a cluster of tourneys.

Pinnacle LogoPinnacle covers the event and places Cloud9 White to win and go all the way at 2.05. The reason for the somewhat low odds are due the dominance of the team in the North American region. The closest to them is G2 Gozen, who will be playing in their home region as the event will be held in Berlin, Germany. The team has been priced at 3.73.

After accumulating the most points for after three sets of series, EMEA boasts G2 Gozen and Guild X to represent their region. Guild X came in clutch after winning Series 3 and besting 15 other teams along the way. They met G2 Gozen in the finals and won after exhausting all five maps possible. The final map was Icebox and after a series of back and forth, Guild X won it all at 9-13 to make their appearance here in Game Changers possible.

However, Cloud9 White are still favorites to win the Championship because of how much they dominated the North American Series 3 to qualify for the event. They did not drop a single map even versus Shopify Rebellion GC, who are their co-representatives for NA.

Cloud9 won 2-0 against Shopify Rebellion GC during the Upper Bracket Finals. However, the latter fought in the lower bracket for a rematch against Cloud9 White. The results were the same as it took Cloud9 three quick maps and Shopify Rebellion did not even stand a chance as they only won a total of 19 rounds in the three maps they played.

Alexis, who has been with the organization since October 2020, will look to score the biggest win of her career for Cloud9 White. She plays initiator and has been very pivotal to her team’s success. At the young age of 20, she has had seven first place finishes as has proved she is one of the best there is.

With the impending surge of Cloud9 White in Berlin, will there be a team that can stop them? Or perhaps another region’s play style will be too much too handle for North America’s pride? We’ll find out soon enough as action kicks off!
