A stoppage-time strike by Leonardo Spinazzola proved to be only a consolation goal for Roma, which hasn’t kept a clean sheet against Milan since a 2-0 triumph at San Siro in 2017.
Leao will be desperate to rekindle some of his early-season magic on Sunday. His goal against Roma was part of a three-game scoring streak in September, and he hasn’t found the back of the net since then.
Roma will hope to see Romelu Lukaku produce the goods in the big match. He will be back at his old stomping ground and try to avoid having his second three-game scoreless spell this season. During his Inter days, Lukaku had a great time against Milan, celebrating seven wins in eight meetings while bagging five goals. He would no doubt love to get another one against them on Sunday.
