As expected, current holders Paper Rex occupy the most favourable odds of retaining the title. In addition to winning the 2023 VCT Pacific League, they also did well in both the Masters and the Champions events. For this reason, bookmaker William Hill is confident that they can mount another successful title run in the South Korean capital.

Though DRX hasn’t managed to snatch an international trophy, their supremacy in the regional domain remains unmatched. They’ve been recognised as the Pacific region’s best team since the outset. However, PRX claimed that title from them last year, prompting extensive changes to the original roster for the first time.

Even after a tremendously successful season, the Singaporean organisation has decided to shake up their roster for 2024. However, one of the changes is universally praised – the signing of none other than El Diablo himself. yay is back in the tier-1 league after a long break.

We, however, admire a team outside the top three contenders. In fact, they come sixth in the favourites list. Japan’s top Valorant squad, ZETA DIVISION, had a solid run in 2023, particularly shining in the VCT 2023 Pacific LCQ to secure their place at Champions.

The Japanese squad’s talent was unquestionable, regardless of their performance outcomes. Nevertheless, their disappointing departure from Valorant Champions 2023 without winning a single map prompted necessary changes. In November 2023, ZETA introduced two new members, yuran and hirononn, to their team. This addition of two 18-year-olds brought about a perfect fusion of youth and experience within the squad.

Although it’s uncertain how the revamped ZETA lineup will perform in the future, the addition of these two young talents has, at least on paper, established them as one of the top contenders in the Pacific Region. Backing them at 19.00 to win the tournament seems risky, but they have the quality to upset the usual top guns. We are confident of the team’s potential to secure a top-four finish in Seoul.
