It’s officially a new era in Alabama. With Tua gone to the NFL, the Crimson Tide turn to Mac Jones to lead the program. The Crimson Tide are in good hands of course, but it will be interesting to see the newly formed Crimson Tide offense for the first time.
As for Mizzou, they have a QB decision to make. Connor Bazelak and Shawn Robinson are both ready to go, so head coach Ed Drinkwitz (who is the new head coach) will either decide with the Freshman Bazelak or Red Shirt Sophomore from TCU Robinson.
Either way, both QB’s will have their hands full against the Crimson Tide’s defense today.
Experts are praising the offensive line of Alabama. Some are even calling it one of the best OLines at Alabama under Nick Saban. If that is true, the Crimson Tide will have ample room to run and loads of time in the pocket. Both would be deadly for Missouri.
Missouri lost a ton of defensive talent, but it has been replaced. Still, there may be some growing pains for the young Tigers’ defense. Against a high-octane offense like the Crimson Tide, this may not go well for Mizzou.
