AC Milan and Inter Milan meet up for the fourth time this season as the two open their Champions League semi-final match-up on Wednesday night. Inter is looking for their third consecutive win in the Derby della Madonnina after Milan won the first clash of the campaign.
Bookmaker has the odds at 2.10 for Milan to get the first goal and at 1.86 for Inter to score first. The odds are at 8.00 for no goals in the contest.

With the return leg also to come next week, the 2022-23 campaign will mark the first-ever season in which the two Milan sides go head-to-head five times. These are special times for the city, although Inter fans are probably feeling more confident ahead of the clashes as the Nerazzurri have dominated the derby.
Since the start of 2014-15, AC Milan has beaten Inter just three times. The last 14 head-to-head clashes have brought a whopping nine victories for Inter and they even haven’t conceded a single goal in four of the last five games.
Based on current form, Inter should also have the edge. Milan has dropped only one of their last 12 games across all competitions but the run of results includes a lot of draws, while Inter has only been winning lately. Saturday’s 2-0 triumph over Roma marked their fifth consecutive win.
The Inter attack has heated up just at the right time. Lautaro Martinez was kept off the scoreboard by Jose Mourinho’s men, but he will enter Wednesday’s big clash having averaged a goal per game for his last six outings. Romelu Lukaku’s return to Inter has been a disappointment this season, but he was on the scoresheet over the weekend and also recently bagged a brace against Empoli.
Milan stopped a good Lazio side from scoring in the last Serie A round and registered a solid 2-0 home win, but their overall defensive record hasn’t been very good and the leaky defense is the main reason why they haven’t been able to win matches consistently. You have to go back to February to find the last time Milan won back-to-back games.
Martinez and Lukaku are set to cause plenty of problems for the Rossoneri, but Milan should know all about their threat. The Argentine star will be looking to score in a third consecutive derby Wednesday and has netted seven goals in total during his time in Italy, scoring more only against Cagliari.
