※ Current Odds Date & Time: February 12th, 3:00 A.M. (GMT)

G2 is the reigning Rainbow Six Invitational champion and they have favourable odds of 9.00 to defend their title. The German organisation, however, is not the biggest favourite heading into the competition. Last year’s runners-up, w7m and FaZe Clan are ahead of the current champions, with odds of 5.00 and 8.00 respectively. w7m will enjoy home crowd support this time around. The team also atoned for their Invitational 2023 loss with Copenhagen and Atlanta Major titles. So, it’s no surprise that they are the ultimate favourites.

FaZe’s title credentials will also be bolstered by local support. They were consistent throughout 2023, but they don’t have any silverware to show for it. A better touch of luck could end their trophy drought in São Paulo. Dominating their home turf, FaZe swept both stages of the Brazilian League in 2023. On top of that, they secured top-four finishes at both Majors.

Virtus.pro, favored at 10.00 to lift the sledgehammer, also carries high expectations. They are the biggest European contenders in Brazil other than the present titleholders having won both stages of the European season. However, the team has failed to carry their dominant run into the Majors so far. With their current squad comprised of four Team Empire members who finished as runners-up in the Rainbow Six Invitational 2022, there’s certainly potential to excel in this competition. Back them for a high odds return, or go with w7m as the more conservative bet.
