The US PGA Championship couldn’t have gone any better for LIV Golf. Long ridiculed as a sell-out tour that is only propped up by oil money, as opposed to the quality of golf on display, LIV Golf achieved its triumphant revenge last week. With Brooks Koepka winning the US PGA Championship and Bryson DeChambeau placing fourth, the tour has proven itself to be a real rival for the PGA Tour.
Now, just a few days later, the biggest names in LIV Golf head to Washington DC to entertain crowds at the Trump National Golf Club. Can Brooks Koepka back up his fifth Major win of his career or will the guard be down a little after recording such a big win? What about Cameron Smith, who finished a solid but likely unsatisfactory ninth place last week?
We break down all these questions and more as we look at the latest betting odds from bookmaker William Hill and offer up the best bets to place on the LIV Golf Invitational DC 2023.

It’s hard to see Brooks Koepka backing up his US PGA Championship win with another title here. Simply put, it’s a big ask to expend so much mental and emotional effort in such a short amount of time—chances are, he won’t mind a mid-range result here. However, players that will be motivated to win are Bryson DeChambeau and Cameron Smith. Both performed well last week, with DeChambeau finishing T4 and Smith at T9.
The games of DeChambeau and Smith feel perfectly balanced heading into LIV Golf DC. Any man who can finish in the top 10 of a Major is seeing the ball well. Yet at the same time, coming so close but falling short will light a fire under both players. Expect one of these two to make a strong run—betting on a top five finish for DeChambeau at 4.50 is our recommended bet.
