Saturday’s Bundesliga action features a top-four clash as RB Leipzig takes on Union Berlin at home. Both teams have seen a lot of success lately and this should be a fascinating affair.
The two have played out five consecutive games where both teams have scored and bookmaker 10bet is offering odds 1.95 for the same to happen again. The odds are at 1.83 for both teams not to score on Saturday.

Leipzig’s good form dates back to October when they started a 12-game unbeaten run in the Bundesliga, while Union have heated up with four consecutive league wins. They have had an incredible campaign so far and are currently the closest challengers to Bayern Munich, sitting only one point behind the leaders.
Sheldon Becker carried the team at the start of the season, but other players have now stepped up and the team is suddenly getting goals from all over the place. Getting Becker back to his best would be an additional boost for Union. He leads the team with seven Bundesliga goals but has netted just once in the league since the start of October.
Becker also ended up with the game-winning goal when these teams met for the first time this season. Union jumped to a 2-0 lead in the first half before Willi Orban provided a late consolation goal for the Red Bulls in a 2-1 defeat.
Orban is questionable for Saturday’s rematch after the Leipzig captain made a stem cell donation on Wednesday. Leading scorer Christopher Nkunku also remains sidelined along with No. 1 goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi and Dani Olmo.
Nkunku’s injury was a major blow for Leipzig back in November but the team has so far coped well with his absence. Manager Marco Rose has turned the team into a well-working unit and even Bayern had a very tough time against Leipzig a few weeks back.
Leipzig are only five points adrift from Bayern so Rose’s men also have a chance to climb to the top of the table soon with a good run of results. The previous meetings with Union haven’t gone very well and that means taking all the points on Saturday are even more important.
Union have won four of the last five head-to-head meetings across all competitions, and in league fixtures, Leipzig even find themselves on a four-game losing streak in the match-up. They have struggled to keep Union off the scoresheet and it’s always given Leipzig a mountain to climb.
