Juve started the post-Cristiano Ronaldo era with a four-game winless run that included a shocking 1-0 home loss against new boys Empoli, but Massimiliano Allegri has now found a way to steady the ship and the Old Lady has climbed up to the seventh spot.

Allegri’s men have notched seven goals during their winning streak and it should be a very fun match against a Roma side that hasn’t been your typical Mourinho team. The Giallorossi have been involved in a lot of high-scoring games, particularly on the road with eight goals scored in three outings.

Mourinho has found a great pivot upfront with Tammy Abraham, who has registered two goals and two assists, and the Roma midfield has been very prolific so far as both Lorenzo Pellegrini and Jordan Veretout have scored four goals.

Abraham has returned from the England squad with an ankle problem and faces a race to be fit for the big match on Sunday. He’s been heavily involved in Roma’s attacking play, so it would be a major blow for the side if the former Chelsea man isn’t able to make it.

Juventus will be without Alvaro Morata and Aaron Ramsey for the clash, but Allegri is set to welcome back Paulo Dybala. The Argentine star missed the Turin derby two weeks ago with a muscular problem.

Dybala has been sharp this season with two goals and two assists in five league matches. His movement and the ability to create something out of nothing is a great asset for Juve and Ronaldo will soon be forgotten if he can keep up his form.

These two always seem to serve up tight battles and it looks like we are in for another one on Sunday. Roma’s away performances have been iffy this season, but they are scoring goals and it could help them get a rare away win in Turin while Juventus have regained their confidence and will look to take advantage of any defensive mistakes by Roma. There have been a few of those in their away outings this season.
