The MLB season has already opened in Japan, but the remaining 28 MLB teams are all looking to get started this upcoming week.
We’ve already posted thoughts about who will win the World Series in 2019. There is another discussion to take part in before all teams hit the field for opening day: who will hit the most home runs this season?

The 2018 leader Khris Davis already got off to a hot start over in Japan. The Oakland A’s slugger hit his first of the season and finished the two-game series with four RBI. Although Davis is last year’s champ, online bookmaker BetOnline has Giancarlo Stanton with the best odds at +800.
Giancarlo Stanton could be the guy to lead the league in dingers. The New York Yankees outfielder is projected to hit for 37 home runs this season. He hit a career-high 59 in 2017.
Stanton’s teammate, Aaron Judge has the second-best odds to hit the most home runs in the regular season. Judge’s power is virtually unmatched in the MLB.
How about some familiar faces in new places? Paul Goldschmidt knows how to get the bat off his shoulders but seems to be a far-out selection to hit the most home runs in the league.
Bryce Harper is donning a Phillies uniform, but the change of scenery may not be enough to hit for the league lead in home runs. He is listed at +1600. With that being said, he has the same odds as top talents like Mike Trout and Rhys Hoskins.
No doubt, there are some powerful hitters in the MLB. Could players like Nolan Arenado, Kris Bryant or Christian Yelich sneak in to hit the most home runs?
